How do I set up monthly invoicing?
Send us your company name and billing details. Your staff can then book in the company’s name, with one single invoice at the end of the month.
What if my flight or train is delayed?
We track it in real time: your chauffeur adjusts the pick-up time, at no extra cost.
How do invoicing and payment work?
One invoice per ride, or one single monthly invoice with the details of every ride. You can pay by card or bank transfer.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before pick-up. After that, the ride may be charged.
Are your vehicles electric?
Our sedan is 100% electric: quiet, with 0 g of CO₂ from the exhaust. For groups, a van for up to 7 passengers is available on request.
Do you operate outside Paris?
Yes, anywhere in Île-de-France, and long distances on request.
