Personal data
Démonstration : le formulaire n’envoie rien. Seules les suggestions d’adresses fonctionnent réellement.
Quote request: the information you enter (journey, date, flight or train number, number of passengers, contact details) is used only to answer your request and organize your ride. It is sent to Carte Postale (fictitious company) through its hosting provider, Netlify, Inc., in the United States (a company participating in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework), and kept for no more than three years after our last exchange.
Address suggestions: while you fill in the Pick-up and Drop-off fields, the text you type is sent to the public geocoding service of the IGN, the French national mapping agency (Géoplateforme), to suggest addresses. No other information from the form is sent to it. Addresses: Base Adresse Nationale, under the Licence Ouverte (French open license).
Price estimate: once the pick-up and drop-off are chosen, their location is sent to the IGN's public route planning service (Géoplateforme), which gives the distance by road; an address typed without choosing a suggestion is first sent to its geocoding service to locate it. No other information from the form is sent to it.
WhatsApp and call buttons: they open the app of your choice, and your exchanges are subject to its own terms. The ready-to-send WhatsApp message includes what you entered in the quote form: nothing is sent without your action.
