I pick you up at your hotel.
In the morning, at the time you choose: I send you the link to the ticket office and plan our departure around your entry time. The drive takes about 1 hour 15 minutes, depending on traffic.
The house and the gardens.
I drop you off as close to the entrance as possible. Allow about 2 hours for the house, the flower garden and the water lily pond, at your own pace.
The village of Giverny.
One street, some studios, Claude Monet’s grave, places to have lunch.
I bring you back to your hotel.
About 6 hours after you set off, with no train or shuttle to catch.
The little extras
- Leave your coats and bags in the car: you visit with your hands free.
- Message me when you are done: by the time you reach the exit, I’m there, with the car at the right temperature.
- Raining when you come out? I have umbrellas in the trunk.

- The house and gardens are only open from April 1 to November 1.
- Entrance tickets are not included: about €13 per adult, €7 from 7 to 17, free under 7. I send you the link as soon as you confirm.
- Traveling with children? The seats are already installed: baby seat, child seat or booster seat.

Spring for the flowers in the garden, summer for the water lilies. In winter, the house and gardens are closed.

No: you buy them online, on the official website. I send you the link and plan my arrival around your time.
Can we have lunch there?
Yes, the village has several restaurants, a few minutes’ walk from the house. Take your time, I’ll wait for you.
