Why are there no prices on the website?
Every journey is different: the time, the waiting, the plan for the day. You are given the price before the ride, for your exact journey. After that, it only changes if you ask for more: an extra stop or extra waiting time.
What is the confidentiality agreement?
A written commitment, signed by us: your name, your addresses and what is said in the car are never shared. Tick the box in your request and we send it to you before the ride.
Do you meet private flights at Le Bourget?
Yes, it is the business aviation airport. Tell us your expected arrival time: the car will be there before you. The waiting time included (1 hour) starts when you actually land, not at the scheduled time.
Can we keep the car for a day, or a week?
Yes. The car and the same chauffeur stay at your disposal, by the hour, by the day or for a whole fashion week. Plans change along the way? Just let us know.
How do I pay? Do you invoice companies?
Your choice: card, American Express or bank transfer. An invoice is issued for every ride, in the name of your company or of the concierge service that booked it.
Can I cancel?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. After that, the ride may be charged.
